My Name is Dara Dietz, I am a Seventh Day Adventist living in North Carolina, USA.  My husband, Michael and I  run HEAL a private Natural Healing Assn. For many years I worked for the Dept. of Social Services, in California. In 1996  the Lord enabled us to move to the east coast, out of California.

We started Bread Of Life Ministries as a way for other Seventh Day Adventist's to become more familiar with the Sprit Of Prophecy. We offer research on many subjects out of the Bible and The Spirit Of Prophecy. If there is a subject you would like to see researched just ask. If it has not been done we will do a word search into the Writings of Ellen G. White & the Bible and send you the results. This service is offered free of charge. We do this because we feel there is a wealth of knowledge in Her writings that is being used by far too few of our fellow church members.

Our testimonies tell of the power of the Lord to save to the utmost all who come to him. He dose not give up on any of his children. I left the church in my early 20ies, had a child out of wedlock and went off to college. I met my husband at college and we lived together for 5 years before we were married. during this time I did not attend church or witness to my non-SDA boy-friend--Husband. I did, though, carry with me through all those years my collection of the Spirit Of Prophecy books and several other booklets with Seventh-day Adventists doctrine in them.

Shortly after we were married, while I was working as a Night Supervisor at Juvenile Hall, my husband greeted me one morning with the announcement that  he had converted and wished to join the Seventh-day Adventists church. I found out  he had been reading the Spirit Of Prophecy during the night when he could not sleep. He had read his way into the Third Angels Message with nothing more than the Holy Sprit as a teacher.

I was not so sure I wanted to return to the Church, but I could see my husband's conversion was real, He fully accepted the health message, no more meat, he gave up his cola and sugar very early. I decided that if the Lord could do these changes in him I would allow myself to be converted also. Through the Study of the Spirit Of Prophecy and the Bible we are continuing to grow in the graces of Jesus.

We are told by Ellen G. White to take up our work where we find ourselves, using the talents the Lord has given us for his Honor and Glory.  We were blessed with the computers and a knowledge to use them. So we are giving this to the Lord as an offering of ourselves to him.

I hope I have given you a better understanding of who we are. If anything we have put out or advocated is proved wrong in the light of the Bible or Sprit of prophecy, we truly want to know for we are truth seekers just as you are.
